Turmeric….aka “The Golden Goddess”….aka “Holy Ambrosia”….aka Modern Anti-Inflammatory

Turmeric is an incredible plant with use as a dye and medicine dating back thousands of years in India. Today, modern medicine has focused on understanding the nature of its medicinal properties and what diseases it can effectively treat. It has been discovered to yield the power to reduce inflammation, enhance immune function, extinguish pro-oxidants, boost neurotransmitters, reduce cancer processes, improve blood vessel function, and more. Studies have revealed potential health benefits for indigestion, infection, depression, ulcerative colitis, cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer’s – with new research emerging rapidly.
